Volunteer During Events

Become a volunteer for one or all of our 5K run & walks. We involve everyone and would love for you to help during these events. Giving out water bottles, helping set up booths and much more during the events. MUST BE 16 YEARS OR OLDER.

Donate directly to the F.R.F 5K Run & Walk by becoming a patron to our events and community day. Portions will go across other first responder foundations and to make these events possible.

Vendors Table
$50

- Allotted an 8ft table spot near registration are for a vendor/Promotional table for your business

- 1 Table provided with 2 chairs (additional table = $10)

​

- Business must secure their own banners and tablecloth

​

- Business is responsible for removing banners and cleaning table promptly at the end of the event

Volunteers
Arranging Bottles

- 1 station available near registration area per event

 

- Tables provided with 2 chairs

- Ability to promote business with banner and wearing company shirts

​

- Company may provide branded water cups/ water bottles
